@hasani Dell makes pretty decent laptops and ships with Ubuntu. I installed debian on my xps 13 snd 100% worked correctly. Don't know what 32gb would cost today.

@zeroClassSOLDIER MapToOutput was clearly a xsetwacom (X11) thing, not relevant at all now on Wayland. On Wayland, each D.E. have to reinvent their tablet interactions, as the tablet needs to control their Wayland compositor (kwin for Plasma, Mutter for Gnome) so for tablets, the choice of the DE is central now. Sorry, I can't provide info about GNOME and Nvidia; I don't have them at home. When looking at log and data files it can be hard to spot the exceptional events.🧰 A great tool to give color to boring screen output is 'grc'. Run it in front of the command that you would normally run and it will add colors.Cool tool, right? @rootnode snac2 is minimal and small. It’s well engineered and light. littleFedi is in go and the binary is larger, bringing with it more dependencies, but still trying to be as lightweight and minimal as possible, while supporting all the possible features (like local timelines, bubbles, blog generation, etc). It supports SQLite and, for larger instances, PostgreSQL and the possibility to run more instances on the same DB, to make it more scalable.

I did not even realize but now my #FreeBSD has been running 15.1-RELEASE-p2, it simply upgrade from 15.1-RELEASE-p1 during regular pkg upg runs. I guess that it something impressive achieved by the new pkgbase tool. It feels like running a rolling-release #Linux distro now.#BSD #Unix #RunBSD #pkg
