@RootMoose Thank you for the feedback! Yes, there is a learning curve; and it's hard at first to draw with the backlight (reducing brightness helps a bit, esp. on white background) and also there is still a little distance, or thickness between the tip of stylus and the real pixels. Same about the pressure sensitivity of the tip: it takes a bit of time to manage it. But with a bit of practice, it can quickly become a comfortable media. I hope your install on Alpine will get you the most of it!

@ulfi @davidrylander That could be a convenient UI touch, especially if the device is shared between family members and need a quick switch; but all the System Setting drawing tablet interface, the buttons layout are totally independent of the mapping of the cursor/stylus panel. Well, one can easily map the button 8 to be a button 1, etc... On my WIP driver, button 9 and 10 and 11 and 12 are for the wheel (that's why it's WIP, it works, but not super semantically correct and not merged yet)
