@pertho I know mod_remoteip, but I do not intent to load one more module as a workaround that would only treat a symptom. I want to get an explanation and treat the root-cause.

FreeBSD newcomers regularly ask me “what’s the equivalent to this Linux command?”. The most common of said commands is lsblk(8) that lists block devices.
