    Wanna play a retro game?I've been spending free time porting (not emulating) the classic BBS adventure game MajorMUD to modern platforms using Python+SQLite.Completely reverse engineered from the original game data, this world includes:26,694 unique rooms1,101 monsters1,379 spells383 unique weapons532 armor items178 shops19 special abilities15 classes13 races23 quest linesand more!It also uses SSH instead of telnet, because duh.#retrogaming #throwbackthursday #BBS #MUD

    @jmhornerI want an html to gemtext conversion tool. I admit i haven't looked too hard, though a find lots of the reverse. HTML isnt the enemy, liked or not, the enemy are websites that force spying and data theft that are. Html is just markup. Im open to moving off it, but...I've got decades of clean html only pages and images id love to host on less extractive servers but im not starting over again. @IoanSaid
