Officially, Tribblix follows the "when I feel like it" release model. I make a release (as in a new version that requires a full upgrade) when I feel it's about time for one, rather than calendar-based or feature-based.

This tends to mean that releases come every few months - with the range being 2-6 months.

Should releases be on a more consistent timetable?

    Should releases be more frequent?

Or should I just bumble along with the current model?

As someone whose only experience with Tribblix so far has been installing it on a spare laptop, playing with it a bit, then coming back to it after a few months and doing an upgrade, I can't really comment on what frequency would be best; but I do want to say I was astonished at how easy the upgrade process is - one of the easiest I've ever experienced on any OS. This, with the peace of mind of having boot environments, actually made me say to myself that I should consider using Tribblix more. So whatever the frequency is, thank you for making it so easy.

I'm a big fan of keeping stress as minimal as possible. That said, everyone has a different feel for what is stressful. I'm a big fan of bumbling along myself.

@batcat17 Good to know my attempts to keep things simple and reliable have had some success. Although partly it's because I'm a lazy user, I really can't be fussed to deal with systems that make my life difficult.
