<![CDATA[Thoughts on the FreeBSD Logo]]>To some the current shiny aqua-like orb logo may seem a little dated. I know it does for me. And it's probably a little hard to print and reproduce. We often see a newer logo, which I personally think is a huge improvement. Anyhow, I played around with the design this morning and wanted to share a refined version. Tell me what you think.

This will bring me up to speed. I do remember vaguely discussion and the competition back in 2005 when I was much more of a heavy user than lately.

The new website, which should go live soon, uses flat and non-flat versions of the 2005 logo. The flat version is already visible at https://docs.freebsd.org/en/.
